I recently began a nationwide search for a fully loaded up black Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum with very low miles. I knew they were hard to come by. As it turned out, there were only 15 of them available...in the entire USA. So, I called every single dealer, knowing full well that buying one would require me getting on a plane and flying across the country. Unfortunately, not one of the first 14 dealers I called would even give me the time of day! Then I spoke with Dan DeLeon at Macova. He could not have been more helpful, honest or willing to accommodate the unique logistics of my cross-country purchase. I booked my flights and a hotel right away, and flew to El Paso from California. Dan even offered to pick me up at the airport! Despite the two full days of travel and long layovers, the trip was entirely worthwhile. Honestly, this was the single most positive car-buying experience I've ever had in my life. Very thankful for David De Leon, Daicy and Grace! I’ve purchased 3 cars in the last year, from different dealerships, but my experience at Macova was by far the best! Easy, comfortable and quick. We found Macova on Edmunds while looking for a specific vehicle. We’ve now purchased 12 vehicles in our adulthood in several different states. Macova went above and beyond and was by far the easiest and fairest dealer to work with. They helped with installing a hitch and when we had a problem with an oil change somewhere else they laughed and fixed the issue immediately. Recommend 10/10.
